Technical Account Manager
Description
We are looking for a technical account manager to fullfil a part time role within organization. The role will include research and brainstorm new ways to create and manage positive relationships with clients.
Successful candidate will handle all aspects of a customer experience with the company, such as contract negotiations with new clients, defining project requirements, conducting market research in different industries, and developing new business opportunities for existing client.
Responsibilities
Technical Account Manager will handle accounts for multiple clients at the same time. One of primary duties is to ensure that the work produced satisfies customers and completed in timely manner.
- Collaborating with other teams and departments to meet client needs and create new opportunities.
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery to meet customer requests.
- Forecasting and monitoring account metrics for each client.
- Communicating progress of weekly and monthly initiatives to stakeholders.
- Preparing account reports as requested by clients or supervisors.
- Facilitating customer service to clients on all accounts.
- Negotiating contracts in the best interests of clients and organizations.
- Developing beneficial working relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements and skills
- Analytical skills to review client data.
- Strong understanding on Software Development Lifecycle.
- Proficiency with fundamental MS Excel, Google Sheets or similar.
- Ability to learn about new technology.
- Time management and multitasking skills to transition among client accounts easily.
- Organizational ability and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts at one time.
- Knowledge of the most common and most recent industry best practices.
- Fluent in English + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to converse with clients.
